Filmmaker, Director, Producer, Editor, Storyteller

I grew up in Texas in a home that encouraged artistic practice and exploration from an early age. By the time I was late in high school (after much painting, drawing, printmaking), I realized that I was actually most interested in moving images and visual stories.

I went to Savannah College of Art & Design and played college basketball for NBA All Star Cazzie Russell. I also met my lovely wife in beautiful Savannah.

I completed a BFA in Film/Video from SCAD in 2006. Then about a year after that, my first child arrived. Yada yada yada, here I am years later with a few more kids. I’ve been able to travel extensively (including the Andes, the tiny islands of the Central Pacific Ocean, and the grasslands of Africa) to produce and shoot… but thankfully any editing usually takes place in air conditioned interior spaces. I’ve been able to live near the beach, in the mountains, and also deep within Suburbia. So here at the end of this little personal bio, I give thanks for past experiences and am expectant for more adventures. To God be the glory.
